Shipping Rates

Address Changes
If your shipping address changes before your order ships, you must contact us directly to request an update:

Address changes must be requested prior to shipment. Once a shipping notification has been issued, we are unable to update the address for that order.
Please note: Updating your address in your online account does not automatically update pending orders. You must contact us to request an address change.
If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect or outdated address that was not updated in time, the customer is responsible for all reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Millie Colly’s Closet and Sweet Magnolia Smocked Co. are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been shipped.
Once a package leaves our possession, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
All claims must be filed directly with USPS or UPS, depending on your coverage.
If a PayPal or chargeback claim is filed without first contacting us, the customer may be removed from our shopping groups, and any remaining open orders may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
Reporting Shipping or Item Issues
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery.
Any manufacturer defects must be reported within 5 business days of receipt by emailing either of the following:

Please include:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photo of the affected item
- Photo of the signed packing slip
Failure to provide all required information may delay or void eligibility for resolution.
Return Shipping for Defective Items
If a defect is confirmed:
- Customers have 5 business days to provide return tracking.
- Prepaid return labels are issued only for verified manufacturer defects.
- All other shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Failure to provide tracking within the allotted timeframe will result in the item becoming ineligible for replacement, refund, remake, or store credit.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETAs) – Preorders
ETAs are estimates only and are posted at the time of ordering in our Facebook group.
ETAs reflect when the manufacturer ships the order to us, not when you will receive your items.
Due to preorder volume, inventory often arrives in multiple shipments. Once the full order is received, we ask for up to 7 business days to process and ship customer orders.
We provide updates when:
- The order ships to us
- We receive the inventory
- Your order ships to you
We do not guarantee arrival dates. If ordering for a specific event, we strongly recommend having a backup plan.
Delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control. By placing an order, you agree not to hold us liable for such delays.
Please note: All preorder ship dates are a minimum of 4 months from the order date, plus transit time. Keep this in mind when selecting sizes.

- Subscribe to email updates
We do not provide individual order status updates.
Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items
RTS inventory is listed on our website with current size and quantity availability.
RTS orders ship within 7- 10 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Sales Tax
A 10% Louisiana sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping within Louisiana.
