Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless a verified manufacturer defect is confirmed.


Personalized Items

Personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, remakes, or store credit under any circumstances.


Order Modifications

Once an order is submitted and paid for, it cannot be edited, changed, or adjusted for any reason.
Please carefully review discount codes, sizes, quantities, spellings, and monogram details before submitting payment.

We are unable to make changes to any paid order. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us before completing payment. 


Sale / Discounted Items

Any item purchased at a discount or marked as sale is considered final sale.

Sale items are not eligible for replacements, refunds, credits, or further discounts — including in cases of manufacturing defects.


Sizing Concerns

If you believe an item does not match our published size charts, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • If the item does not align with our size charts, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
  • Items that do align with our size charts are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, credits, or returns.

Defective Items

If a verified manufacturer defect is confirmed:

  • If the item is available, a replacement will be offered.
  • If unavailable, the item may be eligible for a refund or store credit (brand discretion).

For refunds or store credit, the defective item must be returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original clear packaging

Reporting a Defect

Items must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 5 business days of receipt by emailing either of the following:

Please include:

  1. Order number
  2. Detailed description of the defect
  3. Clear photo of the defective item
  4. Photo of the signed packing slip

Failure to provide all required information may delay or void eligibility for resolution.


Return Shipping Requirements

If a defect is approved:

  • Customers have 3 business days to provide return tracking.
  • Prepaid return labels are issued only for confirmed manufacturer defects.
  • All other return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Failure to provide tracking within the allotted timeframe will result in the item becoming ineligible for any refund, credit, exchange, or remake.


Returns for Credit or Refund

Store credit or refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags
  • In original clear packaging

Items that are worn or washed are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances.
